Superb

This stay was worth it.

View of the ocean from the hotel, the food, the overall ambience of the place, and the helpful staff who catered to our specific needs.

The Hotel should reduce use of single use plastic water bottles by keeping a water dispenser in house.

Great location but right next to the road

Location was superb! Just 10 min drive to the Whaleshark excursion.

You can hear the cars on the road at night - if youre light sleeper - you might wake up a lot at night.

Will return!

The sea view and sunrise is breathtaking. Food served is also delicious and reasonably priced. Service was excellent and helpful getting us the motorbike taxis.

Air con sound was really loud, compared to what Ive been used to. But its a good idea to switch it off and enjoy the sea sounds instead!

First Class Value for Money

Great staff especially Ronnie the bar man / waiter who was very courteous and highly efficient. He is a real asset to this hotel ! The location of the hotel is right by the sea , beautiful bar and seating area for food. The rioom was very clean. Well done !

Super noisy old-style A/C (all-in-one). Low efficient and extreme noise - Cant handle day heat. Since restaurant is in-front of rooms, all the noises/chats from restaurant like happening in your room. Our room was sharing wall with kitchen, so in the evening could hear all the cleaning sounds. Small bed for two

Clean room with good TVs, helpful staff but overprice restaurant and isolated location

Clean room, right on the beach. There is no coral reef but still can snorkel and see underwater grass fields with its inhabitants. Very helpful staff that answered all questions and helped to organise excursions. The manager of the place is a fantastic knowledge person, she really helped to sort out our logistical problems (logistics in Philippines is a nightmare)

Not the best location if you dont have your own transport. Nowhere to walk and nowhere else to eat apart from the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel has western prices (breakfast for 2 comes over $20, and there was no free breakfast. Dont forget 10% charge on all menu prices as well). The food at the restaurant was hit and miss, for ex carbonara pasta was awful but lasagna was really good. The territory of the hotel is very small, once you see whale sharks (takes 1-2hrs if you are queueing ), its just reading a book outside/inside the room. Cebu island itself is not that pretty and we didnt feel that safe compared to some other islands. I also recommend to always agree on taxi fairs before your journey even if you book a car thru a hotel. Our driver wanted to charge us 3500 peso ($63) for just an over one hour drive! Thankfully after calling the hotels manager he reduced to 2500, but still it left a feeling of being ripped off

Amazing hotel! Recommended!

Amazing small hotel with super nice, friendly and caring staff and owner. We stayed 4 nights during Christmas. We had a chance to participate in Christmas party where I was invited to be one of the judges in their inner competition. It was my pleasure to be part of that event. After event all guest had a free dinner with rich variety of food and delicious cake. On that event I saw how caring is the owner to his staff, there was a feeling that they all are big family. A manager and all workers are super friendly and kind. I liked design of the room, it feels very cozy. Good variety of channels on TV and good WIFI( which is rare on Philippines). Also there is a nice view from all the rooms and restaurant. I recommend to everyone this hotel! 10 min drive from whaleshark btw.

The national Philippino food was very delicious on menu a specially sisig, but we didn't like the pizza. Pizza tastes like frozen from the shop, and price for pizza like that is a bit too high. Besides that sockets in the room wasn't really made for European devices (the holes where too big and we had to place the pillow under the socket, so it might hold the charger.) you have amazing terrace on the third floor and I believe you can use it and have the most from it ( for example yoga, gym, billiard, caraoke bar, spa or anything else what will make your hotel even better). There is always room for improve, so hopefully my feedback will be helpful. Greetings from LATVIA! WE HOPE TO COME BACK!
