Very good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and with a nice view. The location was good, very close to all main attractions.

1) Wifi never worked in our room. The staff tried fixing it but it never worked. Appreciate the attempt to fix it but based on previous reviews it looks like an ongoing issue. 2) There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. This is a big inconvenience. You can get it at the receptionist area but for that you have to go downstairs. A cup of tea costs 1.5 there.

Best value for the price

Very nice and modern hotel in perfect location, less than 5 minutes from the main plaza and nearby the cathedral. The room was really nice and comfortable, especially the big bathroom. There is no breakfast in this hotel. The stuff were very nice and warm welcomed.

No kitchen so there is no breakfast

A nice place.

We had a nice room. The online description said it had a king bed and two twin beds, but I think this was a mistranslation, as it only had a king bed. The rooftop pool included with our room was hot-tub sized, but a nice addition. We liked the rooftop views from our room as well. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the hotel before checkin and after checkout. Maybe a 20 minute walk from the beach, and 10 minute walk to the district with lots of restaurants and markets.

The lobby was not air conditioned.

The location was great once we found it. Loved the staff, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area.

We drove and it was difficult to find also no parking on site. Overall the room and hallways were clean and nicely decorated but Under the bed it was not clean.

Perfect spot for a luxurious getaway

Gorgeous and luxurious room that had everything I needed and more. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and offered multiple suggestions about how to enjoy my time in Cadiz. Very close to major attractions like the Roman theatre and the Cathedral.

Very nice hotel

Great location in the heart of Cdiz. Modern, clean and bright room with a big bathroom and comfy beds. Staff at the reception were very friendly. Everything you need for a short stay.

The shower did not drain properly. The water runs towards the bathroom rather than to the drain. This was a bit annoying, I had to keep turning off the water while showering to avoid getting the entire bathroom floor wet. But if they fix this, the hotel is a 10/10 for me.
