The staff was courteous and very helpful, we explain the challenges and they did allow us a refund for the remaining nights as we moved out. We were a large group and bathrooms were the issue. The property was clean and the location was very beautiful. Except the property structure, rest all was fine. Rated 7 because of the support provided by the manager to ensure our start of the holidays does not go unpleasant.

The bathroom shower area was too small that fitment is an issue. Also one room has bathroom only shower in the room which is open, other room has a washbasin on it. And the main bathroom was tiny. The property structure seems weird to me.

Everything we hoped to achieve with a get away cottage exceeded expectations.

The location was great. Walking distance to town (30 minutes). Comfortable furnishings. Spacious. We'll appointed kitchen.

Lovely cottage, ideal location for exploring Donegal

The house was located close to Donegal Town center. It was nice and private. Close to the beach. The house was clean and there was ample space both inside and outside. The host contacted us in advance with details of how to open house and how to use the heating and water system.

There was very little we didn't like about the accommodation so it's hard to write anything about what we didn't like.

Quiet location, great communication from host. Would stay again.

Nice quiet location. Just what we needed after being in a bustling city before we drove here. Its just a short drive from Donegal city centre and if you just need something from the local convenience store, there is a service station just down the road which has most things stocked. The property has a lovely little kitchen and dining area. But by far the best part of this property was the fantastic communication from the host, Aisling.

We found it a little odd that there was a random shower cubicle in one of the rooms with carpet, while another had a sink in it. We couldnt figure out the shower in the bedroom anyway so didnt use it. The couch and armchairs were not very comfortable but this didnt bother us too much as we were out a lot during the day and only sat on them briefly at night.

Location was good

The property was care worn and tired. It needs some re decoration and updating to make it more comfortable. A few more pillows and the carpets replacing would be good and the shower in the bathroom looked at. Unable to fix the shower head in position properly.

Great stay. Close drive to many places. Good for a peaceful stay and quality family time.

It was close to Donegal town and and other attractions. The property had plants of space for our family of 5 and our doggo also enjoyed it. Great amenities if needed for a longer stay and the area where it was situated was very tranquil.

There was no signage from the main road giving directions to the holiday homes. The other thing was the shower wasn't great water pressure was very poor but we managed
