Great location and lovely coutyard

Location is great in the heart of old town, but still away from the hustle and bustle . We loved the courtyard:)

There was a misunderstanding with one of the staff, but the sales manager was lovely and handled the situation very professionally. Thank you

It was a great experience. I travelled to Turkey for eye surgery and this hotel was helpful and supportive. I was comfortable, clean, fulfilled all my requests. Great food, cosy room. I strongly recommend this hotel

Great place

It is a lovely place in the heart of the city. We had a big room and a balcony, there was enough place for our 2 toddlers and 3 adults - that is exeptionnally great comparing to other places in the surrounding area. Breakfests were great. Sometimes one of us had dinner - that was pretty good, but I would say that for some people the variety of choice in a buffet would be not enogh. A swimming pool is great. The hotel is very pretty and stylish, we would come back to this place for sure. And all staff was very attentive and helpful.
