Nice stay overall in Vienna

Urban station near the property, and the apartment was furnished with new equipment.

The room was not the same as the one we booked on booking, we were given another room and there was no sofa in the living room !

Great value for money and nice location

- pretty close to the metro and direct connection to the center (Stephansplatz - 6 stations away) - comfortable bed - good water pressure in the shower - well equipped kitchen - good wi fi connection and smart tv - nice view of the sunrise - received shower gel, shampoo, skin lotion, dish soap and hands soap when we arrived + small bottle of water

- only the bathroom had a good ambient temperature, all the other rooms were quite chilly especially in the morning (the electric heating panels are too small for the size of the rooms) - shower was leaking so the bathroom floor was always wet - the floor was a bit dirty and sticky

The place is REALLY great The bed is not the best but it's ok, the shower it pretty good, and the apartment is well equipped and so nice! And the views of the city, just amazing

The floor could be cleaner, you don't see it because it's black but after walking barefoot for a bit it will be clear... You can hear the metro coming and going at night. It's not very noisy tho.

Exceptional

The location is great, you get great views of the Danube river and vienna and you are 5 minutes from the first metro line, making it super easy to get downtown. Also there are coffee shops and convenience stores in the nearby plaza. The building is beautifully designed and the rooms were super comfortable, both for a single person and for two.

Good

Good for business due to modern room with a full kitchenware, but too cold in winter.

Clean, Comfort with full kitchenware, and nice view of Donau river.

Too cold with a very weak wall heater. I caught a cold during stay.

Exceptional

Really interesting type of hotel. The view from my room was amazing, I could see a lot of Vienna. The room had everything needed, even a kitchen to cook stuff. There is also a rooftop bar with a lot of parties (I assume from college students living there). The barman was super friendly

A bit far from city center (you do have a 20min direct metro line to there). No street access, so a bit hard to get to in the first place (just walk on the stairs to a platform, and keep walking up the stairs until you reach the building)

Good but have negative aspects

Finding the facility was very difficult. There are no clear sign for cars. One has to walk quite a way to the reception with luggages, and there is no place to leave your luggage after checking out till your flight.
