Fantastic - such a great hotel with lovely people waiting to help you

The staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. The location is fantastic, it's a 5 minute walk from the Teatro Maggio Musicale (where we were going to a show in the evening) and 10-15 minutes walk from the main sites in central Florence, so convenient. The hotel was absolutely spotless - and beautifully decorated. The bedroom, reception and dining rooms were welcoming and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lovely fresh juice and great coffee and a buffet with both savoury a sweet options. Unfortunately because of the evening show we couldn't try dinner, but the staff kindly arranged for us to have a salad when we returned - rather too late for any restaurant. We'll definitely return!

Nothing really. Arriving by car was a small challenge due to the road layout - but we made it without problems. There really wasn't anything to dislike.

A beautiful hotel in an unattractive location.

The hotel is nicely decorated and well run. Our room had lovely high ceilings.

The location was a bit far from the center and the hotel sits on a very busy road. Our room looked onto this busy road which is loud (even with insulated windows) and not beautiful to look at. The hotel spa and restaurant are in the works.

Everything worked out fine for this trip to Florence. The location was the most important thing to us, so it was great.

The location for us worked out perfectly. We rented a car, so it was easy to drop off when we arrived as the office was right around the corner from the hotel. We also wanted to be close to the train station for our next destination. It was a bit of a walk to the central part of Florence, but it was a straight walk down to the city center. The property was well-kept, but felt the prices were a bit inflated.

The distance from the city center was a bit of a walk, but overall, the grounds were well-kept and the staff was friendly. It wasnt an over-the-top experience for us, but the location made up for it. The bedding wasnt the most comfortable- the sheets were not very soft, but the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful hotel,clean with attentive staff,10 minutes walk to the centre.

Stayed in the Deluxe suite overlooking the garden,super comfy bed,amazing shower all super clean. All staff were very helpful,but a special thank you to Claudia for your help in making it a stay to remember

Lovely room and friendly, helpful staff

Food was mediocre. Given all the other great city options I would not suggest eating here. Also, claim that food is available 24/7 turned out to be false. Really no room service.

Could be better - not living up to its 5 star rating.

It was clean. The location is convenient. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful.

The air conditioning did not really work. The room was too warm in the evening and we found it difficult to sleep. The room was also quite small and there was very limited room to open our suitcases, there werent really any amenities (what you would expect of a 5 star hotel). The breakfast buffet options were very limited - there wasnt any hot food unless you paid extra.

Beautiful hotel if you stay in the main building all is fine.

Beautiful "art" hotel, parking was arranged perfectly.

Decent breakfast, extra ordered "egg specialties" were very small portions "Poached eggs" was one poached egg on a 2inch piece of bread. Our room was located in a separate building of the hotel, had to walk through the dining area to get to and from the other side, with other guests being annoyed by guests from that other building walking through the restaurant.
