    This is my favorite place in the neighborhood of Elettra Sincrotrone.
    I love this place and I admire the family who owes it. Very nice, kind and helpful people. The breakfasts are very good, the rooms are always tidy. If you travel by car, there is a private parking slot. Also, a wonderful restaurant is just nearby with delicious Italian food.
    Everything was perfect. The only thing I could have complained about is the mini fridge in the particular room I got, which was too small and weak (#301). But this no way undermines the quality of the place.

    A very good place for staying for work and leisure. The place is owned by a nice and kind family.
    Very good breakfast and convenient location. There is a great restaurant, just nearby. The room was clean and tidy, room service was done every day. A beautiful authentic place.
    The tableware were missing in the room, but there was a small kitchen. Would have been good if we could use it.

    Lovely hotel to stay in the cosy town of Basovizza, esp. for my visit to the nearby synchrotron
    Lovely stay at Dependence Lipa - comfortable large room, clean, and the staff were kind! The associated restaurant is both delicious and convenient.
    A minor complaint - there was cheese at breakfast only for two days during my stay and replaced by more meat for the rest of the time.

    Staff was very kind and helpful, the trattoria is cosy and nice. Breakfast was good. Very pet friendly.
    Sensor light in the room went on when our dog moved during the night.
