Convenient and quiet location

Easy walking distance to town and Duthie Park. Lovely solid old house.

Very good

This is a good place to stay

As I'd been before I knew it so being convenient was good. It's close to the shops, bus and train stations, and it's reasonably priced. They have a fridge and some kitchen things fo guests so that's useful.

Nothing was bad or wrong, the staff and the house were fine.

Friendly.

Very thin walls, could hear and feel people in the next room talking, even when they were not being loud and with pretty strong earplugs. In the evening the shower wouldn't get warm, in the morning it was okay.

Booking.com behave like a robber. Made my experience very nasty, I am not certain I would recommend

No breakfast was served, may be the culture here is different from my experience in Nigeria.

I dislike my ordeal in the hands of Booking.com and the property owner. I paid $80 pounds via my USD dom account, Property owner claimed money was not received, booking. com has been very insensitive to my plights, even after my mails on this matter. I took the pains to download my bank statement and also got a confirmation from my bank that the money was credited into the account of booking.com. The property owner insisted she would not allow me in, except I pay her cash on site. I am new in Aberdeen, I came in very late in the night, I had to release all the cash on me and became stranded. It is quite unfortunate that, I still have not received my refund.
