Location of the hotel - close to the city center and walking distance to the main bus station and other touristy spots. Friendly and very helpful staff

The access road to the hotel is deserted and not well light. Given the time of the year, it got dark early and I was very nervous walking down the lonely road. Added to the that, the reception at the hotel is not 24 hours - so there was no one at the front desk, in case I needed something or it was an emergency. Things to consider if you are travelling alone

Cleanliness. Staff who spoke to us everyday and Always wished us a pleasant day.

Wi-Fi was not good but we had our own. Its understandable on an island.

Very good

We have amazing stay and would recommend to anyone to stay.

Absolutely love it, its clean, neat and very nice shower. Within the walking distance to bus station. great location.

Didnt have coffee or tea but the staff did mention that the water tap wasnt safe to drink.

Very good

New, clean hotel.

The hotel is new, low rise, clean and in safe location. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. It is among other villas in lower terrain so do not expect sea views. There is a nice pool and deck though. Breakfast is not included [ no active cafe] Staff was pretty nice .

the hotel was located close to the center of fira, it allowed for easy access to amenities and also to plan activities. It was kept neat and comfortable, daily cleaning services and good customer care

Amazing place.

This place is amazing. The location is so good - 4 minutes walk from the bus station and about 7-8 minutes walk from the beautiful views. Very cozy room with nice furniture and colors. We loved the pool area, everything was very well taken care and clean. Nice and helpful stuff. I highly recommend this place. It made our stay even more pleasant.

We felt like we were at a friends home.

EVERYTHING! The facilities, the staff. Frida at the front desk will always receive us with a great smile and you could totally tell that she is genuinely trying to help you in every single aspect needed. The rest of the staff was also great. We felt very welcome and also felt like we were at home. They made us feel very comfortable. One of my friends broke her ankle while touring around Perissa and ever since they found out what had happened, they kept asking how they could assist us with. This hotel and its staff deserves more than just a 10, as they went above and beyond our expectations.

Disappointing

- really nice staff (morning and evening) - modern decoration - great location,. close to the bus stop but a bit away from the noise of the city centre

- big problem of cleanliness for my room 1/ there was a food leftover in the fridge that was from the previous client 2/ the soap container in the bathroom was empty 3/ I found hair on the towels and bed linen 4/ there was some brown crumbles underneath the paper roll. It's the first time that I notice that my room hasn't been checked by the cleaning lady before I arrive. The staff was sorry and offered me to change the room and gave me a refund. ---However for the price of the room and the standing of this hotel, the fact that this problem of cleanliness is spotted by different clients is unacceptable.
