Not the place it used to be and not good for families

The location to Ao Nang and the restaurants bears are great.

The kids room was dirty and unclean, a timetable of events but none of it on. The room we got was a family room but the bunk bed was unsafe with the side sobbing and nails exposed, sure con broke. and made lots of noise when on. Staff are rude, slow and frankly not helpful with most issues. The place is old and used to be a fab place to stay (we have been there twice before) but it is undated, jests not working in the pool, not staffed in the pool bar, not cleaned up at busy times like breakfast and the tiles and nails around the pool not kept on top of. Its a shame as it used to be such a nice place to stay. I would now stay elsewhere when coming back to krabi.

Loved Thailand, loved the morning restaurant plenty of options and kind staff.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The cleaning staff were fantastic every evening we came into the room and it always smelt wonderful and super clean even some towel animals. The staff working at the breakfast buffet were also fantastic even smiling having to deal with rude tourists. I definitely would give these two departments 5 stars!

Front staff are not helpful and just completely rude someone needs to evaluate who is greeting your guests its dark when you enter the hotel plus not having a nice greeting or a smile as you walk in definitely not a great representation of the hotel especially compared to the other hotels you walk by in the town.

Perfect stay in Ao Nang! I recommend this place to everyone for a holiday in Thailand. the facility is of a very high standard, the rooms are clean and new, the hotel service is 11/10. Delicious breakfasts. The swimming pool is brilliant. I will come back there for sure. See you soon

The location is very convenient to get to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is at the end of a road, so it is quite quiet, I couldn't hear any traffic or live music from my room. Everything felt reasonably priced.

The restaurant was short staffed in the evening.

Overall, the service is excellent. Will definitely come again

Booked the pool access room. The room is spacious and clean. I requested for a flower petals on the bed and a baby cot. Upon check in, the room is ready as requested. The service is tip top. Informed the hotel that i will check out early in the morning at 5am and they offered a breakfast pack.

Perhaps to improve on the service of the kids club. There is no staff to attend my children. We had to give a call and wait for the staff to be there.
