Great weekend stay

Lovely hotel, beautiful furnishings. They were considerate in changing our rooms when requested so we could have rooms next door to other family members and changed one to disabled room for my gran. Comfortable setup also. Would definitely come back

Not very accessible with lifts not working and lots to steps. But they were very considerate in changing rooms for us.

Very enjoyable

Room was very comfortable design excellent bed very comfortable shower perfect Breakfast - very good and buffet had everything I wanted and tasted like food Lunch in bar was very good and we were well looked after Dinner at night was again very tasty and staff very friendely Attended dinenr with conference and was well managed despite the croud and again very tasty

Needed a taxi to get there as coming from Irelandto Heathrow Nothing else

Pleasant

Like a maze inside. Pretty difficult to navigate as insufficient signage. Long walks to the rooms from main area. Confusing parking. No room service available.

Very poor

Great venue for parties , not for a quiet weekend away.

A great hotel and location but we were unfortunate having been located in a room directly above a hall which was having a VERY LOUD 50th birthday party - and this after we asked in advance specifically for a quiet room as we had a dog and they agreed to do so. We had to move room after one night of our three night stay. But this was an accessible room 1/2 the size of our top end room that we had paid for. This was not acceptable. So they moved us again to an external building family room which was no where near the category we had booked and paid for. Then we could not sleep due to me ahnival noise (air conditioner / generator?) which was outside our room in the garden below. All night long it went on. Then in the morning we had the joy of NO HOT WATER.. our stay was a shambles and therefore we checked out one day early. However the Operations Manager was fully apologetic, agreed that none of this was acceptable - and we received a full refund.

The hotel was lovely and facilities were excellent. The breakfast was particularly good, food was good quality, well cooked and a great selection.

Passable

Disappointed in location of room and price paid.

Location - close to town centre - lots of parking- clean and friendly check in.

Very disappointed with room for what we paid - room was small, very hot, not enough tea and coffee, no fresh water in the room and location of room was too far from main block. We felt like we were part of a conference.
