The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet tables and chairs were clean.

The gym room looked a bit out-dated and should choose brighter lighting and high ceiling room. It will make a big difference to the overall feel

Close to all the places we wanted to visit. The spa tub was excellent. Staff was very friendly.

We were hoping for a pet friendly room. So that would be nice if policy could change. And a smoking room would have been nice.

The location is great and the price is decent.

I was charged an additional fee that I was not made aware of when I called to tell them my arrival time. The staff that greeted me was rude and did not explain the fee over the phone but hit me with it once I got there

Excellent!

The staff was exceptional. They allowed my niece and her 4 children, all under 9 to visit and they opened their breakfast area to us so that we could celebrate Christmas together. On Sunday morning when we had a 5 hours drive ahead of us they opened the breakfast area for breakfast 1/2 hour early. I cannot say enough good things about this staff. Our room was clean and spacious.
