Superb

a very pleasant place to stay with helpful staff

the service staff was exceptional. Housekeeping and the breakfast staff were positive, kind and very responsive to our request and needs. The room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast.

The room was large, spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness of the rooms was acceptable. The breakfast was very decent and quite comprehensive. There are many restaurants and supermarkets not far away.

There weren't many negative points, but we mainly noticed that the furniture was outdated, and the hotel was quite poorly located as the nearest highway was more than a 5-10 minute drive away.

Superb

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us and staff were all very nice people. It is located about 20 minutes drive from Anaheim. There are also plenty of restaurants and a Walmart within a 10 minute drive. Breakfast was simple, but it did the job for us - just remember that you're not staying in a 5 star hotel.

My husband had a problem with the comfort of one of the beds, luckily there were 2 and he was able to sleep.

Disappointing

The quality seems to be going down.

The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Elevators were out in the entire hotel. Our room was musty and we had to fix the air conditioner, which was very loud once working. Ive stayed here on three other occasions and had a great experience. Not so much this time around. Really unfortunate.

The property overall was nice and worth the money, super affordable. It felt clean and safe. A little outdated, but nothing major.

What I didnt like is, my daughter left her cellphone in the room, and an employee found it, turned off her location services and when I called the hotel to tell them hey my daughters phone was left, is it up front?I got a weird pause and oh uhm no, no phone has been turned in. So now my daughters phone was just taken and Im out over $800 on it. She has an iPhone, it literally tells me the last place the phone was
