The Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Airport Albuquerque receives positive reviews for its clean and comfortable rooms, exceptional service, and friendly and accommodating staff. The shuttle service is e (Read More)fficient and quick. The rooms have been updated, but still retain some of the previous decor. The hotel is conveniently located near the Isleta Amphitheater and a casino. Guests appreciate the safe location and the friendly and helpful front desk staff, particularly Terrial, who goes above and beyond to ensure a stress-free stay.

The beds were so comfortable! The location was great, place clean, and staff was friendly. We stayed here on both legs of our trip and will stay there again.

Disappointing

Poor cleaning; check sheets are clean before settling into your room

Summary for future guests: Poor cleaning practices. Make sure you check that the sheets are clean before you relax. We arrived late after a long drive (after 10pm). An hour after unpacking, we realized the bed sheets under the comforter were full of other guests animal and human hair, and became concerned that no one had changed these sheets for quite some time. We told front desk staff, and also mentioned moving rooms was not a good option due to us previously asking for a fridge and having already organized our cooler items in there. Staff simply apologized and gave us a new set of sheets (which also had hair on them!). We did not pay +$80 to unexpectedly have to change our own linen late at night when we shouldve been able to rest at that time. Clean sheets are a basic expectation at any hotel. The morning during checkout, I re-explained to the front desk staff what happened and they said they couldnt do anything because we booked our stay through an intermediary. Ill be thinking carefully before booking a room w/ these businesses.

The staff were amazing! They went out of their way to provide for their guests. The room was spacious. The Internet worked adequately.

The shower was not fully cleaned after the previous guest (hair and water left in the shower).

A very convenient stay near the airport

The location. It was essentially walking distance from the airport. In fact, we walked back to the hotel after dropping off our rental car. There is also a pub restaurant about a block away from the hotel

Super Staff and Comfy Bed Near Sunport

Everyone on staff was so nice. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good for this type of hotel, not a chef cooking omelettes or anything but you could ask for a cheese omelette and it was decent. Good sausage and also mini Belgian waffles that you could do yourself. Fruit, yogurt, and cereal and oatmeal. Quiet room even though we were by the elevator.

Nothing that we didn't like. The furniture in the sitting area was a little worse for wear. If those two pieces were replaced, the room would look really nice (this was the king suite).
