Pleasant and great location

Location was great, staff were friendly and the restaurant was on the beach and food was great

The property is quite local in terms of amenities, ie, self flushing bucket system for the toilet, no hot water for the shower which was fine for a couple of nights but otherwise perfectly fine and next to the beach.

Superb

Very comfortable, very big bed. Good fan, decent shower & mini fridge :) The beach bungalow was really cute and pink, which I loved. The little terrace was great and the view fantastic! I would definitely stay again.

The bungalow is quite basic for the price, which may be an issue for some but it wasn't for me.

Fantastic, have booked to come again

The staff couldnt do enough for us and were extremely friendly. We had a La carte breakfast rather than pay the extortionate amount that booking.com wanted, it was lovely, tea, coffee & chocolate is free all day for guests. The position of the hotel is superb, we started with a superior garden room, which was large and spotlessly clean, then moved to a seafront bungalow, which was dated, but clean and the view just made up for any faults. The hotel loan out snorkelling equipment, which was a nice extra.

Hot water would have been good, but there was a kettle & bucket, so a bucket bath was quite acceptable.

Sad to leave!

It is an amazing place with amazing views to the sea. Due to low season, the girl from reception gave me a very good price for the nice bungalow. She was very nice, polite and friendly. She also gave me some recomendations about what to do in the island - her english is perfect. The room is super clean, the toilet is pretty big - the shower has only cold water but it is all you need (it is soooo hot in the island). You can pay a bit extra and they will do your laundry while you are enjoying at the beach or in your nice terrace.

I cannot complain about anything.

location and the garden, also friendly staff

mosquito net was dirty and attached with tape so we couldnt open the windows. full of insects inside and rats eat our food. no fridge, no hot water

Superb

Perfect Location, Wonderful host.

The staff was just amazing. The support we received leading up to reaching the resort was nothing short of exceptional. Check in/ Check out was seamless. The location of the resort is just perfect. Resort can be found near the end of Pattaya Beach. This is not a lux resort, but basic. But we did not travel for lux, so this resort fulfilled all our needs. It's quieter and family friendly with an amazingly restaurant right next to the resort. The area in front of the resort wasn't too cluttered with longtails, so we could enjoy swimming. During the day we had an uninterrupted view of the pristine waters of Lipe. And at night we had the peaceful bliss of listening to the sounds of the ocean. I would highly recommend Daya Beach Resort to any traveller.

I'd say this resort loss a point because of the following: The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no mini fridge in both the beachfront bungalows we booked. But this did not take away from our experience here. I would still recommend Daya Beach resort.
