It was a relaxing break. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was a disappointment. We slept without quilt cover

a comfortable stay, lovely breakfast but could be a bit hotter as it went cold quickly on both occasions. A bit more cho

the pool and spa was lovely

the room we were in at first didnt have a bed ready and it was a small room thiugh it said when booking that it was a deluxe room. we then were told we could move to a bigger room which was nice but a pity we didnt get it in the first place save having to move with all the luggage again.

Lovely stay if it wasnt for the rain in the hot tub

Good location. Lovely staff

No canap above the hot tub. Some disposable footwear would come in handy to get from the room to the hot tub (otherwise take your own)

Amazing staff, tired and dated property. Not worth the money.

The open fires were nice, however better extraction is needed as we smelt a lot of fire when we went up to our room after sitting in the lounge.

Unfortunately the property needs updating it is very dated and gives 1980s vibes all over. Its a shame because the location and surroundings are gorgeous. Its just got a tired look about it.

Short break, lovely hotel, delightful staff, very dog friendly.

Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, approachable.

Sadly the room, whilst very clean, was a little shabby and the four poster bed quite uncomfortable.

Very enjoyable. Great welcoming staff. Fabulous food.

Staff very helpful , pleasant and welcoming. Food in the bar for evening meal lovely. Breakfast fabulous Service excellent Parking good New balconies on the ground floor were great for access to the garden. Great for our dog. Enjoyed the pool , sauna , steam rom and sauna.

One large group of guests took over the sitting area in reception so very difficult to sit in the reception during our stay.So when we left the bar after our meal we had to go to our room. Some dust on stairs to the pool and touch up painting needed here and there.
