Very good

Great Location

I love it is close to the station and resturants, the staff are friendly. Our stay was pleasantly good we will definetly book again on our next trip to Osaka. This is our second time to stay at this hotel which means we really like it.

The only think I didn't like are the beds it seems to low and not soft to our liking.

Nice location and room! The reception staff made it better!

Very nice location! Good room and wonderful staff. I made a reservation for a smoking room by mistake, nevertheless, the staff was very kind to change my reservation to a non-smoking room. Staff at the reception made sure all my requests and needs were fully covered and that exceeded my expectations! Thanks a lot!

Nice and convenient stay

Very convenient location close to the station and konbini around. Easy to access and excellent customer services, very responsive and welcoming. The room was also comfortable, its worth it for the price so I recommend it.

I didnt paid attention that I booked a smoking room and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we couldnt exchange the room. So as a non smoker it was smelling the cigarette which was a bit unconfortable for us but its my mistake so I just recommend to paid attention when you book a room if you are a smoker or not.

No nonsense hotel, large room compared to usual Osaka hotels.

The seamless easy check in check out. The room we booked is also large as compared to other hotels at similar prices.

The distance away from the main attractions. Also, take note that if you are using the Kintetsu Airport Limo bus to and from Kansai airport, the bus hours are limited in the evening (to KIX airport) and stops at 9pm (from KIX airport). If you arrive late night, you have to take trains which is a little long walk from the Metro station Tanimachi-9-chome.

Excellent hotel. My choice every time I visit Osaka.

Location is excellent. Just a block away from Sheraton Miyako where the limo bus station is located. Near metro line & kintetsu line. Restaurants around the hotel area. Walking distance to Don Quijote.

Not a fan of the restaurant in the hotel. It used to be Yayoi Japanese Restaurant with better food selection.

Were satisfied though they turned down our request.

Its clean, location is good and staff were nice.

Not flexible. We checked in really late close to 11pm, requested for a late check out since our flight is still at 8pm but they didnt give in to our request. One of the few hotels that wasnt flexible given that we checked in late.
