Good hotel, but needs improvements

Animation team one of best I met. Special thanks to Firat, Ece and Assel. Personnel of hotel always helpful, polite and quick. Food at Italian la carte restaurant was really nice

Hotel definitely needs renovation, especially bedding (mattresses and pillows). Bedding does not correspond to the level of 5 star hotel. The food in the main restaurant was monotonous and tasteless, even in Mexican la carte restaurant food was not tasty Very small and useless pier, no bar, no sunbeds. Was used only for photos

Very good

great for family and kids

The property was well equipped for family travel with kids. Great friendly staff with a robust entertainment program in place for both children and adults.

They are immensely unsustainable and not eco friendly. at all. They have plastic everywhere at all stations. This hotel is at full capacity, with multiple food stations around the day. can one imagine how much plastic is being use? no refillable water stations as well.
