Great location, very comfortable and perfectly peaceful!

Its spotless and the staff were all efficient, friendly, accommodating and professional.

Generally most things went well. We requested a round table for 31 December dinner that was provided for us Deaf group for better vision.

We would prefer a brochure or information on the paper instead of internet stuff in our room. The hotel could liaise with the public transport for the bus stops to be at the doorstep instead of over 400 yards away. We struggled to walk in black pitch dark on the return from Chichester at night by bus.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very comfortable bed, Restaurant and bar good service, by friendly and professional staff.

One of the reception staff was rather indifferent to our needs. However, the other reception staff member was very helpful.

Close to Chichester and facilities. The room was excellent although separate from the restaurant so got wet transferring from one to the other. The hotel was well kept and clean and in lovely surrounds. The breakfast was very good, but subject to the minus points below.

The room we had was up stairs which we didn't realise before. We thought the in room tea and biscuits were skimpy and had to ask for more. Also the breakfast croissants and pastries ran out both mornings before we got there and the choice of bread wasn't great.

Breakfast good. Location good.

On arrival told been 'upgraded' to a better room. This was dog friendly and we had specifically booked a non dog room due to allergies. Had to go back to reception for another room allocation. It was a good job the hotel was not full. We did enjoy our dinner and the waiters were very good.
