Great location. Really friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was very good and good value.

Parking a little expensive but it was the Alhambra car park.

Great location for the Alhambra, friendly and helpful staff, priced reasonably

The location couldn't have been better for visiting the Alhambra. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt very tended to. Really happy with staying there.

the location is a trade off. very convenient for Alhambra but if you want to get dinner in the evening you need to walk down to the town center.

Al Hambra visit

Excellent location near entrance to Al Hambra. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet, nice views.. Parking in Al hambra for 24 hours costs about 20 euros.

Not many restaurants nearby, but it's a 15 min walk to Granada where there is plenty ofchoice.

Parking is in Alhambra and a bit far to carry bags. Cannot really drop off as road is narrow.

The room, the view and the facility was amazing. Reception Lorena was helpful and very informative. Quite near to entrance of Alhambra, but to go to the city centre you needed to take the bus(bus stop is nearby) but not too easy to walk to the centre. Around the hotel there were shops and places to eat but quite limited the choices. If you plan on visiting Alhambra and wanted to take the early entrance there, a night at the hotel is recommended. Bed, bath and hot water was great. Room had view of Alhambra but had to request for it.

Buffet choices was rather limited and they charge for it instead of including in the booking. Perhaps more variety for Muslim travellers would have been great.

Nosiest room we have ever stayed in any hotel. Water Pipes were keep making noises during the entire night. We did not sleep at all. Aircon did not work at all. We did not ask for another room, we maybe should have...
