This resort is absolutely astonishing. Lovely details, beautiful flowers and even for being that big, it felt like a cozy greek village. Food and drinks on a high quality with lots of variations. Different pools and bars all over the place. It felt not crowded at all. Everybody was kind and helpful. Transfers from and to airport were arrangend. Absolute recommendation!

The perfect holiday resort for relaxing, fun, sun and being completely taken care of from sun up and beyond sun down. A

The resort has been updated in the past year and it looks fantastic! The overall experience at Creta Maris is everything you hope for in a 5 star hotel. Very pleasant helpful staff, great food, fantastic amenities and just an overall feeling that all is being taken care of. My daughter has a severe nut allergy and all staff were very attentive and considerate about any food related concerns and she felt very safe and comfortable with her food choices as everything is labelled and the staff offered many times to make her special dishes but it was not necessary as all foods were very well prepared and managed. It was our second year and our favourite memories are there. Costas and George in particular made the trip from just fun to fantastic. The games and sports offered for children and adults help to form friendships with other families very quickly and helped to entertain and encourage all children to keep active and to have tons of fun. Costas and George, we really have special thanks to you both for bringing smiles to our faces every day.

Great Room lovely roomsize...excellent customer service Great proximity to the beach.

I loved the service level here nothing was too much . We checked in at night someone was there to check us in...The buffet food was good and there were many restaurants to choose a la carte from.

The only issues I had was activities for kids wwere not very many also after dinner activities seemed quiet although it was the end of the season so that could be the reason...the pool bar by the pool as well only served aperol spritz....that was annoying i dont think we had any cocktail or premium drink outside of the lounge bar . Also the pool was freezing

Fabulous but we feel we missed out on half our holiday.

Its perfect, beautiful, so much to do. No need to leave! Staff are wonderful

We were there in the last week, they started shutting down the hotel half way through our holiday. No beach bars, restaurants, activities, literally 3 days was like a ghost town with the place being shut up. Didnt seem fair as its still our holiday. They should wait until all guests are gone before closing everything. Essentially we only experienced 4 days of the hotel at its best and getting our moneys worth.

nice relaxing vacation. You cannot go wrong with this place.

Resort is very big, it has a lot to offer and I think you can easily spend a week without feeling bored. Perfect place for a family holiday

other than the buffet restaurants, you need to make a reservation, sometimes the app would not work and as a newly arrived family it took us a day to figure out how to go around these things.

Best Hotel for family holiday

The best all inclusive hotel resort providing everything you could possibly want for a family holiday. There was a great selection of food including a la carte restaurants. The resort offers all day activities for adults and kids, a Waterpark and several pools, some even heated. I attended the daily yoga and also enjoyed a mystic greek massage at the hotel Spa- Dimitris was very professional and offer me all the information I need. Our room was very clean and spacious. I would definetely recommend this hotel!
