Superb

The font desk service was not meet my expectation. When checked in time, the font desk personnel has asked me to fill in form for parking validation and my car can freely in and out after submission. Whereas when I exit the parking, my car was not validated. The parking is located at Level 5 and I have to park my car again and go to Ground floor to validate. Is really wasting my time.

Venue generally good, cleanliness was tardy and staff are stingy in compensating customers

Good amenities especially the powerful AC in the rooms, spacious room space, and generous m shampoo, conditioner and body wash

Staff did not communicate a late check in (approx 2 hour wait) despite us arriving well after the start of check in period at 3pm. They said it was due to the hotel reaching full capacity the previous evening and they havent had time to clean the room weve been allocated to. Reception said they would ring us but never did, so we had to go back to the reception ourselves 2 hours later. As a result, the hotel offered us complimentary breakfast vouchers for the two of us, but changed their mind later saying it was only for ONE of us even though there was two of us. Very stingy and I expected better customer service. In addition, there were stains all over the toilet seat and cleanshower towels.

Comfortable stay

Clean and spotless in room. Spacious and good ventilation in dining area. Helpful staff. Good location. 5mins driving distance to jonker street.

Room sound proofing is poor. Can hear conversation from guests next room. Limited breakfast variety.

Good for a short vacation but more than a day is a nono

The location is strategic and lobby is huge

The layout of the room and the amenities are standard which we didnt feel like its worth the price. And the ventilation in the room isnt good, aircon is quite warm.

An outstanding hotel excellent value for money. Great large clean room excellent view. Breakfast buffet superb, staff so friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel. Booked one night and stayed two nights.

Service from the staff was impeccable. Reached an hour earlier for checkin and staff was so accommodating to get room ready. In-room dining staff were so kind to help heat up late night supper, pillow menu was super comprehensive and conceirge was always helpful and friendly.
