Very good

We liked our stay, the view was beautiful, comfortable rooms, beds. Nice pool. Breakfast was great Room service staff was nice and professional

Reception staff was somehow not interested (cold), no info concerning hotel, facilities.. during check in and, during check out we did not get breakfast take away and we did ask (it was very early flight ) One last thing extra costs after reservation is really anoying and there are 5 of them. Maybe put all in one price and that is the price then all ok.

Nice property but some staff make you feel absolutely unwanted.

The front office staff is very helpful n accommodating and the housekeeping is also good.

The staff at the time of breakfast is always overwhelmed whatever time you come. To ask for a glass of water, 3 different staff members come to cross check with you. What a waste of time n resources. Also, F&B staff still believes in white skin pleasing, they love to ignore you while pleasing the white skinned foreigners!!! Atrocious in these times

A very good property in a beautiful location.

Location is good.A shopping mall is in the premises. My room was on the top floor and had got a good view of Colombo city.

The reception staff need more training. I paid the whole amount upfront. He said I paid 1 day less. He called his supervisor and convinced his staff that I already paid the full amount.Some cleaning staff bit arrogant.The limousine service was very expensive and useless.

Room is excellent. Staff is very helpful. HR must be good. I must mention Sadew. Young fellow with extra observation and quick caring thoughts. I am sure that he can go a long way if Marriot trains him well. Hats off to the chef

Clean facilities. Friendly professional staff. Good location. Very pricey.

Cleanliness. Friendly staff smiling and helpful all day. Comfy bed and pillows.

Very pricey for the location. Very little vegetarian options in the breakfast and evening buffet. No spa. I didnt like the fact that theres no proper closed door wardrobe and having to hang close in a closet in the bathroom !

Nice hotel for a short stay with fantastic staff

Very nice front of house, bar, and restaurant staff. 10/10 customer service. Buffet delicious with many food options. Pool and bar area very nice.

Rooms quite small and not very comfortable to relax in (no sofa or armchair). Bathroom slightly dirty, shower not deep cleaned. Also wasnt provided with shampoo/conditioner, only body lotion and bar soap.
