Great value, comfortable, near I-77

Excellent value for the price. Comfortable beds, nice clean rooms(just need a little updating), internet worked well. Good coffee and my son liked the breakfast. Pool looked good but we didnt get to use it this time (passing through on road trip) Friendly and helpful staff

Not very quiet. Could just have been our room on 1st floor. We had an adjoining room and could hear our neighbors quite well next door. Also heard lots of footsteps over us on upper floor and noise in hallway. We werent bothered, just watching movies and tuning it out. Im a sound sleeper and it stopped early enough that we could sleep, so it was no issue. But it could be an issue for someone else.

Nothing! I couldn't stay here! The reservation apparently never made it to the front desk and the woman there wanted me to pay for it again! Absolute worse customer service, I was driving for almost 14 hours and got absolutely no help from this person, she just kept saying "You can just pay me again"
