Superb

Gym and spa open late. Comfortable bed. The flexibility of the staff always impresses me. I arrived very early. They found a way for me to check in early.

Not five-star but pretty good with pool as the main asset

Pool is pleasant, rooms were huge, breakfast is long (till 10am) and very rich, ladies there are very friendly, luggage storage worked well.

Short opening hours of the pool, not really a clothes change area, some rooms are rather loud due to the main road nearby, overpriced car service to airport (53000) while you get it from taxis (at no traffic jam times) for 35.000 if you can prevent that the taxidriver presses buttons at the end and makes large addings... ,

The condition of the property is deplorable. The mattress cover was not cleaned from the past visitors. Blood around the mattress. Bathroom with mold and mildew

The restaurant people were awesome, Juan Andres & Rosita very unique. Ricardo from the counter very polite and Johanna Cortes too.

The breakfast

We were a group of 5 people for two rooms with many suitcases and there was not staff to take the suitcases to the rooms,neither at check-in ,nor even at check-out. The rooms were very hot for us, We requested a couple of fans, which the staff of reception said yes, but the fans never arrived. Even when I checked that the staff was at the reception, They never answered the phone, at any time or on any day that We were there, for the high cost , too bad experience, I will never recommend that Hotel.

Comfortable bed and pillows with nice TV and channels. Breakfast was fine. Staff OK

Comfortable bed and pillows and TV channels. Nice breakfast.

Had to ask for bath plug 3 times and room was outdated and furniture needed replacing, except for the bed which was lovely. Not allowed in swimming pool without a shower cap that you were forced to buy from reception.

I loved the location

Service at the Primavera could have been better. I was attended greatly by Andres from the evening shift and a young man from the morning shift if i ever attend again they will be the reason why. They served me beyond my expectations and treated my wife and I as lifelong customers. I also did not like the lack of options for turist like myself and the lack of information for tourist.
