Very nice facilities, nice personal, always cleaning, fixing things. Many events in the evening plus after parties. Great if you want to party a bit but not a hard core party Hotel as there are quiet areas and chill things to do as well. Nice variety of foods and although they start repeating after a while there is a great and wide selection. Basically there is some place to eat or drink around the clock, either at the restaurant or the food court, they even have a patiserie and coffee shop, several bars. The beach is wide and there are many sunbeds

The pier and the cabanas cost extra 120-150 euro per cabana to rent per day, so it's a bit deciving if you choose this hotel for its beautiful sunbeds on the pier, know you'll have to pay extra to access them. Whilst they do offer kids services, I would say this is not the most exciting hotel to visit with kids as it is more youngsters friendly than family I would say (e.g. parties on the pier end at 12 AM and they are quite loud, you would have to shut the windows to be able to sleep sooner than that), but after that it is rather quiet and only some areas continue to be loud during night time. Bathrooms could be a bit larger, as the sink and entrance into the shower are a bit cramped

Great beach side resort!

The location was awesome, the variety of food was amazing and the all inclusive package had lots to offer. Very clean rooms too and lots of toiletries and other items like shaving kits, dental kits, etc were well thought of.

The loud music ruined the serene ambience. Especially the night music for DJ was very loud and went on till 12am every night which made it difficult to relax earlier.

The perfect vocation

The hotel was very beautiful comfortable the food was great. The Entertainment team was excellent never boring ! Great party's! We had so much fun thank you so much

The food court area had a problem with allergies. The menu didn't mantion any information about it. My husband has an allergie to mustard and the waiter didn't understand when we asked him about it. So he ate something with mustard in it ...he had reaction lucky we had pills with us but it's very important. You need to fix it

Beautiful place with a huge potential :)

The hotel staff, and the pool, the beach is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The entertainment team and events are awesome. The food is good! Especially the food court.

I didn't like the fact that you need to pay for a lot of stuff at the hotel: the beach cabinets, the private tanning beds, and a lot of beverages are not included, so it was a bit of a bummer, and the room cleaning wasn't really good. And the parties at night are very repetitive - every night the same music selection (mainstream and Russian) I think It has much more potential...

You need to pay for the banglue. One of the worker get inside the room while we are inside the room without permission and left without apology as he did nothing wrong!!
