Great place

All very clean, I love that the place have a little stove and oven and kitchen sink, is very useful, very big rooms, comfy and quiet, have a deck too that is really nice.

Not great!

I only liked the location, which was convenient for us since we were visiting some family in Alameda for a few days.

This hotel has some notable drawbacks. The aged facilities showed signs of neglect with spider webs, a malfunctioning toilet, and a noisy fridge in our room. Moreover, the street noise and poor wall insulation disrupted our rest. Service-wise, our room was skipped for cleaning on the first day. Additionally, considering the price point of over $100 per night, the experience fell short. The complimentary breakfast had limited options, far from meeting expectations for a 'free breakfast'.

The room description was misleading, which means we purchased a room that was not was the room described in Booking.com; the room description said City View. The view was of a parking lot, not the city. On arrival, when we asked for a different room on the lagoon, for which we would pay more, the quoted price was exorbitant. Beware of this hotel's advertising. It doesn't accurately describe the room. Breakfast was uninspiring.
