Wonderful stay, I will come back

The room I stayed in was spacious and very clean. The toilet and shower & sink are separated, which I thought was neat. I loved how quiet and safe the area felt, I feel safe walking alone at night. Its less than 5 mins walk to Gravensteen castle, but away from all the city center noises.

I was charged twice for my stay, once by booking.com when I booked the room and once by the hotel when I checked in. But I brought it to the staffs attention as soon as I noticed two charges, and they helped me sort it out and refunded me within 3 business days.

Great area away from the loud hustle and bustle but still close to many attactions!

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. They held our bag while we explored the city and provided several maps and recommendations. There is a bar within the hotel open until 11pm, however, we did not utilize it, but it is a plus! The room was spotless; they even provided slippers and a water bottle.
