The communication from the owners was swift, friendly and professional. The location was good for my needs but it is about 25m walk from the city centre for those looking for that. The upstairs bedrooms are nice but the stairs leading up to them are incredibly steep. The kitchen is well equipped but very tiny.

Unfortunately, the house is in need of lots of repair and cleaning. The sofas are tiny and uncomfortable and the seats were slashed. The downstairs bedroom looks out to the street so can be a bit noisy, but that's less of a problem than the bed which creaks very badly. The bathroom is mouldy (both the tiles and the shower screen), and the sink would hardly drain. The radiator is about 5cm from the toilet which is rather awkward and it is also all rusted. The hand towel had different marks on it. There are water marks on the living room wall and all the ceilings. At one place the ceiling is almost coming down. The instant coffee that was provided must have been in the canister for a long while as its all crystallised and stuck together. There was no kitchen foil or kitchen paper. The TV wasn't much use as it couldn't be tuned and it wasn't logged in to any streaming platforms. Overall it was a good last minute find and good comms from the owners, but the place was really not at a good standard.

Clean and tidy, central location.

It would have been great if there had been tea / coffee / milk so we could have had refreshments in the morning etc. Unfortunately nothing was provided.

Exceptional

House was clean, warm and cozy. Beds are comfortable, we had great sleep. There was everything we needed. Owners are very easy to contact and quick in response. Overall pleasant stay. Thank you!

Disappointing

We just needed a place to sleep so it did the job, but wouldnt book it if travelling with my family

The bathroom sink was blocked with gunge and you could not use this, had to use kitchen sink for brushing teeth etc. didnt bother contacting landlord as they obviously knew this and did nothing prior to use arriving.

Pleasant

Clean but far from the city centre. And will need to extend the stay hours.

Clean with nice decorations. Reasonably priced.

Only one toilet/shower and its very small. Check-in time is late (4pm) while the check out time is very early (10am) (literally you stay 18 ours not full day or at least 22 hours as per international standards). Location is far from the city centre and will need to count for Uber costs.

Only one socket in each bedroom Kitchen worksurface consisted of cut & split stuck on fablon No wine glasses or sharp knives Sofas seating cracked & split under a blanket Shower door had split plastic hanging off at base of shower door Radiator splashed & rusty right next to toilet- very unsightly Cord for light switch dirty & without an ending on it- just grubby cord Garden unkempt with broken furniture & cigarette ends lying around Drawer inside freezer broken & dirty Windows dirty
