It was not pleasant, I had an horrible experience! The morning shift was nice but other than that never again

I didnt like nothing about this hotel, expect that they where restaurant near by!

My son had a football game in Tennessee which was a nice weekend getaway! And we travel a lot as a family to many places, we usually stay in the Hilton so when hotels where filling up this was the last resort to pick, knowing my family went hotel filling up rooms limited I had no choice, we get in the room there was a smell, room look run down, pull out bed was nasty with stains on it!! We had to sleep 4 ppl into one bed. And not only that I ask the guy at the front desk may I have extra towels his response was what are you going to do with them?? WHAT!!! I never been question about towels after paying u for this run down hotel I was shocked!! And the breakfast was terrible, I will never stay at a comfort suite again I rather sleep in my car
