Disappointing

The room was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Pool and breakfast were decent.

The front desk rented out my room while I was sleeping. A man walked into my room while I was sleeping at 3 am. Scared me to death. Was unable to sleep after that. As a solo woman traveling alone, it was very alarming that something like that could happen.

Location. Jucuzzi in the room.

1. Hair on the bed and pillows. 2. Staff at the room door @10:10am asking if we will check out at 11....why not allow us to check out or call the room at 11:05am? 3. Housekeeping lady opening our room door 5mins after the first intrusion without even as much a knock.....we were naked while packing. Why does housekeeping staff feel the need and is so embolden to casually open a guest's room door without even as much as a knock? 4. Breakfast. The fried eggs was rubbery.

Room stinks like piss & was Dirty & Staff IS extremely Rude!

There is 1 woman in the morning who saves the place, she's really nice & actually knows about the hotel business & how to deliver customer service at a hotel property.

The carpet turned my feet dirty, everything is dated & rickety, AC smells like piss which is mold, curtains stained & have cigg burns, Pool water is gross & has an unhealthy level of chlorine which is a chemical bath, front desk lady during evening check-in is RUDE, Combative & Nasty (& will automatically fight you tooth and nail like a prisoner) She blames all transaction issues on my major NYC bank which I blame their system for since I've never had a problem before this hotel, she has zero ability to split charges, the ATM cash machine has 200 limit, $10 per/night parking fee??? and $100 hold on CC? zero water pressure where shower just trickles, dirty shower curtain, dirty stained mattress on fold out bed, no linens, no service, you have to go down and get sheets, there is 1 night employee to cover the whole property, no manners on hotel phone, no class.. weird as hell staff including the guy that speaks in grunts & zombie employees that wander around aimlessly
