    The location, the staff was very nice and helpful! There was also extra cabinets in the bathroom, and by the sink to put clothes, etc which was so helpful since we were there for a couple nights!!
    We were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. Otherwise it was great!

    The bar that you hold to when climbing the stair was not long enough. The last two steps at the top of the stairs lacked something to hold on too. Due to my age , that was scary cuz I need something to hold while climbing the stairs

    Disappointing.
    Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom could have been larger.
    Practically no breakfast was served on Christmas Day (it is supposed to be available EVERY morning). No orange juice or butter today. Staff needs to be more attentive as to the number of guests and prepare accordingly.

    It was a great location with a comfortable room, excellent staff, average breakfast.
    Comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff
    No blackout curtains in room 100, lighting at vanity mirror was weak.
