Staff was very helpful and friendly

We had a one bedroom apartment. Seems to have been recently remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Also very spacious They also have a small happy hour which was nice to come to after skiing.

We wanted to use the hot tub to relax after skiing however it was shut down at the time.

Poor

Wouldn't go back.

Having two bedrooms and a kitchen over Christmas.

Hugely expensive for an old, outdated room. No included breakfast. All facilities closed for Christmas and Christmas Eve, meaning we couldn't even use the pool, which was our plan for Christmas Day for the kids. The room wasn't ready when we arrived despite being an hour after check-in time, and all the rubbish, including a broken mirror, was left by the front door until we moved it the next morning. There were long dark hairs all over the room and we had to call the maintenance team in to change all the beds - our son's had caked dirt on the duvet, and ours had suitcase wheel marks, making us wonder if they had been changed since the last guests - yuck.

Superb

Nice place to stay

Some of the cups and bowls are not clean. The light outside the door is too bright for the people to sleep in the living room. Hopefully there is a switch cn turn it off.
