It was not what I paid for, I felt ripped off.

They make you go to their meetings and lie about the purpose. The guy, Jamario told me it was a 60 minute survey. The guy, Frank had no intentions of letting me go. He kept going on about points, like I should use points for everything. How about cash instead of points, like you couldnt survive unless you had Wyndham points. Next, a woman came over and tried to work on me. I told her that I was done, I want my gift. She had me sign off on something that she said would never be offered again, what a scare. What a joke, my gift was $50.00 to go to Hard Rock Cafe. we went there and the card was only good in Piegon Forge. Then they sent me a MasterCard with $50.00. I tried to use it at 2 locations and it wouldnt work,it kept saying error. I spent more time on the phone with them trying to resolve their lousy gift card problem than I wanted to. When I checked in, there was a sign in lobby no cable, but guy was suppose to arrive that night to fix it. I spent 4 nights there without any television. The cable had been out since Thanksgiving, I checked in on December 2nd and the guy never showed up. I have never stayed anywhere and not have a television. In my opinion, Wyndham was a disappointment. Also, if I asked the about the area,the information was incorrect.

Spacious room, clean inside the room. Free parking not far from room, with elevator available for people who have a hard time going up and down stairs. The jacuzzi tub was awesome and made the price worth it.

Check in was also a sales presentation. I am in sales and didn't feel like being pressured into a presentation upon arrival. The pull out couch was uncomfortable, I ended up sharing the bed with my friend.

It was ok

As soon as you check in they are trying to get you to presentation to buy a time share. They tell you that its 90 mins or less and then it turns out to be 3 hours. They give you incentive gifts but if you leave before they are done they say you cant have them. They say that there is no pressure but there definitely was pressure. When you decline they have an attitude. The woman who checked us in was very rushed and rude.

Nice grounds and pool.

I really liked the amount of pools they had, indoor, outdoor and a kiddie pool. The grounds are really nice and it's very peaceful. There were grills and picnic tables available near the rooms too.

The rooms need updating. It feels like you are staying in an older apartment and not a resort. The sleeper sofa in the living room is really hard even just to sit on. The area is right next to Opryland Hotel but there is nothing else convenient to this location.

Our stay was comfortable and good value.

They had a shuttle to take you to downtown Nashville every top of the hour and they have onsite activities throughout the day.

It could use some updating on their interiors.

Must stay here in Nashville!

The location is perfectly secluded but also literally right next to the Opry Mills Mall which makes for a fun family outing! The staff was so friendly and patient with the kids and the concierge was a nice surprise! The apartment was so spacious and nicely set up!

The rooms were slightly outdated with the paint and how low the counters were in the bathrooms which made it look dirty. But overall it really wasnt dirty considering it was a full apartment.
