Location was great

We stayed during New Years Eve. Weather in Victoria has been terrible and cold these last 2 weeks. Unfortunately we werent able to turn on heating as its turned off during summer.

Disappointing

Its not worth the money, very disappointing service, they will ask you to wash your dishes before you leave or they will charge you for it. Very average accommodation, its basically located on an a residential street with average views that you can see from anywhere in any country town. the most disappointing part is the lack of privacy ZERO privacy.

Disappointing

The stay was lovely. Sadly, to compliment our anniversary my partner and I had booked this accommodation after seeing it

The property was great, clean, accessible, and comfortable. No complaints about the quality at all. I would stay again.

Some features advertised are conditional on time of year, and other factors (which is buried in the terms; no reasonable person would have an obvious way of identifying these conditions unless they were pointed out).

From the moment we entered the property, the landscape was just beautiful. We stayed at the back of the property in the jumanji villa,which overlooked the gully. There were so many kangaroos lying around in the sun. We had great views, and the bath on the deck was amazing, so relaxing, comfortable bed & pillows and beautifully set out. Would definitely come back. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of bubbles and snacks.

Initially we were super excited to be getting away, but by the end we relieved to be leaving and getting back home.

Location

The layout, colours, atmosphere and general facilities. The lounge area felt cold and lacked warmth and coziness, the plants in one corner weren't appealing, and whilst the bench stools were okay, would've preferred small dining table to sit and eat. Some of the blings on several windows were broken and reduced privacy. The bedroom could do with a wardrobe and mirror. Finally, the person in a red four wheel drive who was driving up and down past our apartment and at one stage proceeded to walk up to our apartment and then walked back to his vehicle, made for an uncomfortable first night, and gave us an eerie feeling. until the next day when we saw him putting up lights on a tree, and realized he was an attendant. Sorry, it's probably not the review you wanted, however, it's best to be open and honest.
