Will not stay there again.

Breakfast was good. But not much fresh fruit!

There was vomit in the parking lot. Luckily, twenty four hour rain washed it away. The toilet was stopped up after maintenance worked on it. But next morning it was stopped up again.

Great place to stay

It is a unique hotel with a map of the world in the elevator. Rooms were very clean.

When connecting your smart phone to the Chromecast to watch TV, there was too much buffering. Need a stronger Internet. Also, I left a flip-flop in the room, but when I called the hotel, they said they didnt find a flip flop. I feel they didnt even look.

Made my kids smile!

The staff were great! So helpful and friendly, even to my young kids (who were very chatty and bouncing off the walls from being in the car for too long.)

The room was small and a little cramped. I stubbed my toe a few times on furniture. The street is very busy.

Disappointing

Should have been better.

Well equipped fully renovated modern room. Better than average bathroom fixings and real (=opening) windows, not the currently usual glass panels covering a hole in the wall in most hotels of the class. Good for the (low) asking price. Issues with just about everything else.

Inadequate parking, very tight spaces for a full size truck / SUV. Cleanliness very so so, but in rainy weather and high traffic reasonable. Shower head was not clean as should, otherwise clean room. One morning (out of three) with no hot water and nobody was answering the phone or was in the front desk for longer than one hour. Breakfast good two mornings, very bad the third. Two (out of three) mornings we had to ask for the water / juice fountain to be turned on and personally plug in the toaster. Two out four persons we saw at the front desk were polite, caring and helpful, one could not care less. Extremely soft mattress, just the opposite of an orthopedic (semi firm) one. Difficult, to say the least, location. The narrow parking entrance, on a busy highway, is hardly visible and minimally lit at night. You will be hard pressed to find cheaper, but will easily find better.

Perfect for a low budget travel

Hotel was a great value for location, needed to be in the area for a training and 3 night total was about $100 less that most other options plus free parking and free breakfast. Last time I traveled to Tallahassee I accidentally booked a hotel that charged $25 per night for parking and no breakfast so at this hotel, I saved more than I spent.

While the staff was wonderful, the decor was updated and the common areas were clean and enjoyable, the room itself had some mildew in the bathroom on the ceilings and a faint odor of dampness in the room itself. It was nothing that ruined the stay but a gentle reminder that it was a budget conscious stay. While the location is convenient due to so many stores/food options surrounding the area, the entrance would be easy to miss due to neutral colored signage (grey).
