The location is really good, but they need to bring the hotel to the 21 Century.

The location is excellent!!

The room had only one light, was very dark. I stayed in a room out of the main building. It was as a labyrinth to be there. The first day they didnt clean the room and didnt explain.

very nice staff, location, and nice clean rooms

The staff in the reception are very nice, but I will write about my experience with the lady in the reception with smooth blond hair, as I had more interaction with her than others. She was the nicest I have ever seen. She is very lovely and helpful, and answer all my questions with lots of care even before I ask them, even though she is very busy with lots of people coming and leaving with questions, but she still answer everyone's questions with genuine help. I booked a room with city view, once I arrived I realised they gave me one without city view. I discussed with her and she genuinely tried to fix this problem, and although there was no room with city view available that night, she managed to sort this out for me with all possible options available. She offered one available next day. Although I had one night in a very tiny room with city view, the rest of the nights I stayed in a nice room with lovely city views, and the rooms are very clean. I just wished I get her name to thank her, but I am sure she will know if she reads this.

Good enough for the price.

The location was very central. Didnt need to take public transportation to any attractions or restaurants. Everything was close by.

The bathroom had an moldy smell and stayed quite strong. The bathroom had no lock. The internet was only available for 1 device per person which meant that i could not use my computer to watch something or to do some work. The hotels messages through booking.com were hacked and they almost scammed me into paying. When i told the receptionist about it, they didnt sound concerned and did not even apologize which is kinda bizarre.

We did not have any kind of problem and the requests made were satisfied

The location is amazing and it's right in the city centre. . Staff are fantastic , always willing to help you. They are all really very helpful.

As for the breakfast, well to be honest, it needs some improvement. It didn't live up to our expectations. It's a shame, because very little would be enough . Lack of a comfortable common area with a bar, although it is not essential for the stay.

centrally located but a pain to navigate internally between 2 sections

The room was good with good view to the city center

Ther property has two sections - one is the old section and one is the new one. My room was on the sixth floor. To reach there I had to take a lift to 4th floor, then walk to another section, then take another lft to 5th floor (since it was the max floor it went to) and then climb one floor. Too cumbersome and painful
