Great value for the location.

The bed was super comfortable, while our room did have a beach view it was overlooking a parking lot and the pool. Its an older resort that probably could use a little renovation work but it suited our needs just fine. The furniture was older but the bed was new and clean and super soft. It had a large TV and a rather large apartment size fridge which was nice.

They could upgrade the furniture in the room and replace the bathroom window - there was a little wear on some things.

Passable

Size of the room was nice. By the angle of the room it was enjoyable to see the ocean.

The shower only had warm water, but the sink had very hot water. Both only had a little water pressure. Paint chipping all over the railings and steps.

Excellent place to stay right on the beach front! Great atmosphere friendly employees!

Clean and friendly employees and atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

Nothing really excellent employees! Cant wait to be back hopefully we can afford to come for bike week in the spring, if so we would love to stay here again

Disappointing

The price was good for the location of being right next to the beach.

Been coming to the same hotel for years and it has really just went downhill as far as upkeep.

Catfish hotel!! Picture do not reflect the horrible condition of the hotel and rooms

The locationright on the beach.

This place is a true catfish hotel. It was absolutely disgusting. There were holes in the wall, thrift store furniture and lamps, rust on metal chair and lamps, missing light bulbs, the door was EXTREMELY difficult to open and close, light can be seen through the door jam, electrical conduit from one AC along the wall to the other AC, dirty towel left in the bathroom, main office with no staff after hours and does not open until 0800, and I had to walk across street for coffee as there was no coffee machine in the room and office did not open until 0800. There was questionable activity in the parking lot at night. Definitely not worth the cost of the room. If I had not been staying for only 1 night to see my dad and did not want the hassle we would have left as I did not feel safe. I am not a prima Donna and can tolerate a lot of thing but this was the WORST place I have ever stayed at!
