My stay here was one of the best days Ive had in my entire trip of Vietnam. From the most friendly, polite, good nature

There isnt anything that I didnt love about this property! From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the manager. He was amazing and the facilities and the rooms are just breathtaking. They are so catering to your every need. He even ordered a bottle of wine for me because I wanted it that night as well as they did my laundry within 24 hours Their food, there was amazing as well. Honestly I would go back to Vietnam just to stay here again. Have the most beautiful views, and the beds were so comfortable as well as sitting out on the balcony, having a ginger lemongrass tea. I was looking for something that was cabin like and beautiful views and super comfortable beds and this was exactly it.

We had to switch hotels at 9pm.

The front desk employee was very nice, but when we told him there were rats in the room he responded, there are rats in every room.

There were rats in our room running around. Yes, we could see them.

Was good stay but have some improvement to be done

Very close to the rice fields and rooms are well deaigned. Just in the teopical area, there are some moldy smell in bathroom and one of the wall was a bit moldy green.

The smell in bathroom from mold and the mold/moss on the wall. Wouod be good to have a screen so the doors and window could be open and not allow the bugs tp come in.

View and location

Surprising that this hotel has such good reviews. Extremely dirty rooms. Cleaning was not done before and during the stay. Hornets nest on the terrace, cockroaches in the bedroom. The common areas are also very dirty. The most expensive hotel of my stay and the much less qualitative. The view is exceptional but other nearby lodges also benefit from it. Avoid therefore

- The view from this property is absolutely stunning! - They have adorable puppies who win you over! - They are very accommodating of all requests

- Far from the city centre. And need to spend about 7$ one way to get there - If you're a vegetarian (as I am) then options for meals are limited. - The beds are not very comfortable.
