Very good

Charming host and characterful, happy stay.

The welcome (Melaney was so very kind and considerate); very comfortable beds and a great view of the bay; excellent breakfast; great location.

Perhaps our room was a little cramped and dated, but considering this was in a Regency terrace with location and a sea view so good, that is as nothing.

Celebrating my Girlfriend Hollys 18th Birthday in Weymouth.

The most awesome part of Channel View Guest house is the fact it felt so much like home. The decor was beautiful and the view was just so stunning. The room with the sea view had everything we needed. Although was a very short stay Melaney made me and Holly feel so welcome on arrival and throughout the whole weekend. The place made the weekend feel that bit more special just by how nice the place was the location is walking distance to harbour and town and to local restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was organised and delicious. Thank you Melaney for having us from 2nd to 3rd Dec 2023.

Excellent Breakfast. Host very friendly, plenty of useful info in room on where to eat and visit.

Old property but some things could have been improved. Paintwork in rooms and bathroom not very clean. paper wrapping from previous tourists under the bed.

Stunning sea views and warm friendly place to stay.

The channel view was a wonderful place to stay , the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking ,truly magical to look out across the sea in the mornings. We did lots of coastal walks so it was perfect for us, also the location was great. Melanely was a great host and made us feel really welcome, so helpful and super friendly. The breakfasts were also very tasty! Would 100% recommend.
