We had a wonderful time in the hotel, helpful staff and great service

Everything is perfect, the room is big and clean, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, they help us park the car everyday, the location is good, easy to get to super markets and restaurants. We enjoy our stay very much, highly recommended!

Nothing, really poor customer service .Booked 2 rooms one stank of smoke even when I booked non smoking room and when I told the staff all they did was put air freshener. At breakfast got told your child makes too much mess, my child is 1 and learning to eat so was disappointed with this. Location was really bad would not come here again!!

Superb

Had a comfortable stay

We booked Suite room. It was very spacious and clean. Was reluctant to book after seeing lot of negative reviews but still went ahead and I didnt regret it. I had kept a very minimum interaction with reception and staff . (after i saw negative reviews abt staff and reception). Anyways they don't smile and I also didn't smile back...we were even and no hard feelings . Overall no complaints , had a good time and would definitely visit again. Location was nice. Lot of good restaurants and shopping area within walking distance.

You have to keep asking for towels . Stayed for 1 week and had to ask towels almost everyday.

Worth the money!

Breakfast was okay, I loved the spacious room too.

A hotel of that stature needs to be very well cleaned, even under the beds! I was excited about the weighing scale but it was not working well, it said I weighed 3.5kg that was a good laugh for me.

Exceptional

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is simple and quiet, everything is organized, the hospitality is very excellent, and the hotel staff is very respectable. There is an Algerian young man and a woman named Lydia and Mermero. They are very wonderful.

Horrible place! Horrible 7 nights in my life

Horrible location, over priced for the location and condition, breakfast horrible staying for 1 week i only went there once as it was very poor! Hotel Manager needs to be educated and zero customer service! Far away from everything and everywhere. Avoid this place so never again
