Very good

Absolutely fine, comfortable beds.

The restaurant food isnt great. It also advertises there is a free shuttle but you have to book onto it and it only comes at certain times so is misleading.

Excellent and recommended

The service is great and the room is nice. Also like that can start breakfasts early so we have more time to explore the area and get to do many activities.

I expected check-in time to be earlier and more round for the transport from the beach to hotel.

Disappointing

Centara - not truly a Thai Hotel ...

Bed, overall cleanliness, view from balcony.

The front desk staff by the name SA. I've never seen a single Thai person (male n female) as bad as this lady SA. In fact, to date, my experience - all Thai men n ladies are fantastic - humble n very respectful. SA, simply rude - a forceful smile that I can immediately feel like, why are u here. She has a form to fill - I'm the person booked the room - all details about me .... then asked my daughter to sign for 2nd signature - asked why - simple say - read it - it say all there ... just sign both. I said I wanted to reason to the manager - she simply showed the rude smile. Finally, she went inside the room n came back n gave the room card - accepted the form with 1 signature ..... what's wrong with her?? Bfast - hmm ... read the comment saying good but more for Chinese n Indian - wonder if that person ever eaten any Chinese or Indian food before ... I'm an Indian n not sure what food is this ... nothing impressive. Maybe green curry is the only edible food. Egg counter - totally sticky pan used ... struggle to do any type of egg .... poor variety. Nearby place (walking distance) - fantastic restaurants n great massage places . This is actually the beginning of the AuNang Beach area - hence, prices are reasonable compared to the center of the AuNang area. I don't think I will go back to this hotel again. Disappointed, hence no mood to take photos.

A bit too far from beach

Nice room, some really nice restaurants nearby. 7 Eleven also really close. Free shuttle to beach, but doesnt go that often and can only take about 10 people at the time, so sometimes its fully booked (yes, must also be booked in advance). Tuk tuk to beach is only about 100 baht anyways, so not really a big problem. Pool towels provided in the restaurant. Housekeeping very quick and efficient.

A bit noise in the hallways (doors slamming and beeping from opening the doors). If you have a garden view (not really a garden by the way), you might be woken up by trucks and people shouting at 6am. Pool is quite small and not that many sun beds, does not look like the photos with the nice round sun beds (rusty flimsy sun beds instead). 20 minutes walk down to the beach, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be for you.

Ah it was fine. Nothing extraordinary.

I liked the family the room that I was staying in and the view of the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and my room was big. Its got a pretty modern ambience (it was just built 7 yrs ago)

The first thing is that they don't provide you someone to help you take your luggage to your room. Since I was having heavy ones I found it very difficult. Second thing is the location of the hotel, its quite far from the actual krabi town. My relative stayed in the deluxe queen bed with mountain view, the AC was so bad. They called the engineers but they just told to wait. And nothing happened. Even at 18 degrees the room was still not chill.

Great value for money

The hotel is nice and classy. The room was also great. The pool is amazing. Good breakfast.

The room was very noisy. Also, the restaurant was just next to the pool which makes the pool noisy too. It was a bit far away from the center and the beaches (more then expected).
