Pleasant

Charming yet traditional North Conway "Ski Chalet" style townhouse great for a small family.

The townhouse worked perfectly for my family of four, 2 adults, teenager, and pre-teen. My youngest was able to sleep one bedroom while my eldest had the loft above. They had a lot of fun "annoying" each other while still having their own space. I was very happy that the loft had stairs and I did not have to worry about my clumsy children falling down a narrow iron stairwell as they raced up and down. Unlike many of the units we have stayed in over the years at similar resorts in the North Conway area the living room and bedrooms each had a mini-split style unit that serves as a combination heat/AC to control the temperature.

My eldest had the option of the couch bed or the futon for sleeping. He chose the futon in the loft, not sure either could have offered more comfort bed wise. The ceiling fan was unable to regulated beyond "low". There was a box fan in the closet that he used to attempt to reduce the temperature. It was extremely hot up there even when outside temperatures were in the 30's - 40's. The AC needed to be used in the bedroom below to attempt to cool the air to an acceptable level. The Queen bed in the master bedroom had a significant dip in the center and seemed to be disconnected from the frame/headboard causing it to shift with every movement and be incredibly loud. The mattress offered zero support and one felt they sunk to the floor immediately upon placing their weight (with much audible squeaking from the bed). Bed issues were reported upon check out and facility sent follow-up email regarding determination that frame was disconnected from headboard and has been addressed.

Superb

Great place for families and excellent location!

We are a family of 4 with a 14 year old boy and 12 year old girl. 1 Hotel room isnt working for us as the kids get bigger. Sure, I could get connecting rooms but this condo was perfect! 3 separate sleeping areas. 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen. We went skiing this trip and had lots of room to spread out and put all our gear. And the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after skiing. The location was great. I love the North Conway area. Shopping and lots of different restaurants. Close to many ski resorts too. The kids loved the whole place.

As I read with other reviews, the place does need some updates. There were water stains throughout the ceilings. But everything worked and the beds were comfortable.

Quick getaway / good location

I like that the cottage was spacious and in a good location near restaurants and skiing.

The cottage itself was clean/ and roomy. It was rather outdated but that was ok. Only thing that bothered me was that no one told us to bring our own towels for the pool. Towels were not be supplied at the pool due to Covid/ and you had to walk outside to the pool due to Covid. There seemed to be only one towel inside the unit for each person to use for the weekend. I also wish check out time was later than 10. They did not accept a request for a later check out. Would I stay there again yes as it was roomy and close to attractions.

Very good value for families (4-6 people) on a budget looking for a condo-style set up.

Stayed here for family (of 4 - wife, two sons 18 & 20 yrs old) ski trip. Great location for ski resorts in the area. Staff very friendly and attentive. Our unit (condo C2) was pleasantly spacious and would be comfortable for any family of 4 to 6 people. Any family (of 4 to 6) on a budget that is looking to rent a condo for winter or summer vacationing in the White Mountain area - this will not disappoint you.

The unit we stayed is in need of updating in most respects (and suspect the same for most/others), but that said, everything was in good working order. Walls are thin between units - so you can hear the "heavy feet" traffic (i.e. kids stomping up/down stairs) and louder voices (but not their actual conversations - just the muffled sound). So couples staying here expecting a quiet getaway may be disappointed. Wifi is sufficient for emails and general browsing but don't expect to be able to do much in the way of streaming on-demand programs (or any on-line gaming).

Disappointing

Great family time and we made it work.

The tubs were not very clean, hair and bugs were present. Bugs were all over the floor on the 3rd floor and clean linens were located under a sink next to the toilet plunger (gross). If cleaning is contracted out they are not doing a great job. Bookings.com states the pool and spa are unavailable and they were available but we didn't have our bathing suits (kids were bummed)
