Castle Peak Hotel

This hotel is near to everything, supermarket, bank, restaurant, laundry and many more. It was absolute good because you can walk only. It was easy to find a taxi which is good because the hotels location is near on the highway, where you can see how traffic it is or not. The hotel have own bar where we can chill out and it was located in the rooftop which you can see the whole cebu at night. Likewise own small supermarket in the groundfloor where you can buy stuffs. People who work there , is very respectful, approachable, nice, enjoyable and willing to help if you encounter a problem within your stay at the hotel. About the price , it was worthed.

On the first day of our stay we are little dissappointed of our room they give us and we did not expect it ,to see like that because we been staying castle peak all the time. I cannot describe how the room looks like. All we can say, we don't like it and decide to uppgrade it and we change a room. The next room was very okey, we have no problem with the size. Our main problem is that it was smells bad everytime we go in in the room. We talk to the person who work there about it. We keep observing about 1 or 2 days , till we change a room again. We said that the bad odor maybe coming from the aircoon and they said it was from the drainage. They try to look on the AC which we said the bad odor coming from there. But they said ,it comes from the drainage and they try to spray it. As a guest we try to close the toillet door to see if there is an improvement but still smells bad. In the end we change a room again. The room we stay for how many weeks and it was fine , the aircoon works good. I just wish that they try to look what is the cause of the bad odor. It was not funny you pay a lot of money and you are not comfortable in your stay. I hope so that the cleaners there if they find something strange ,like the bad odor we encounter, they gonna report it and not let the room smells like that. It gives negative ambiance to the guest. The next thing is , it was so hot in the hallway , i don't think so if they have AC and the WIFI connection is not 100% good in the floor we stay. Sometimes it was good and sometimes was really bad. But if you go to the other floor ,wifi connection is really good. I hope so that they can installed an Aircoon or turn on the AC in the hallway so it was not so hot. It was december and it was full of guest all the time. Likewise in the elevator, if it is full of people ,then you can feel how hot it is. I know not hotel room is carpeted , i hope so that they can provide slipper in the room too.

I was little dissapointed with the breakfast menu, we pay a lot but there is no enough food. We came and eat around 8 am. We are waiting that the personel was refill more food. The breakfast is very important to start the day. I think next time the personel som working there much better look always on what food need to refill. It is not fun that we wait and talk to our self (no food, let's wait). About drinks can you try add more flavor drinks. I hope you serve more good breakfast in the future. About the hallway, the problem is ,it is hot. No aircoon?? I hope this problem can be solve because we live in the warm country. Not all foreingner like the very hot.
