    Great location, actual place was comfortable
    Extremely loud, disrespectful guests staying in the unit above us. Incredibly loud the entire night until 4am

    Lovely but with a few small caveats
    Great location, comfy bed, easy parking
    Laundry machine said *Do not use* on it which was very irritating since I was there to do a half marathon and had sweaty run clothes I had definitely planned to wash. The bathmat was wet when we arrived. The walls are very thin. While the folks upstairs did respect the quiet hours, we could hear every word of their normal inside-voice conversations from our bed.

    Great place but hassles getting in.
    It is a quiet and clean self contained unit in a house close to the main street and shops and restaurants. There is a small eating counter and mini kitchen with microwave and toaster (and a full laundry). Access to a hot (Actually warm) tub and back patio. This would be lovely for a stay of a few days.
    Dealing with the third party property management company was challenging. As a foreign tourist lack a cell phone in the USA. The company only provides an access code shortly before check in. Without a phone it took us several hours to actually get the code and get into the suite. There are also extra costs; the cleaning fee for one night was higher than the cost of the suite. Overall we felt there was too much hassle to enjoy our stay. A niggling detail but we found the retro bare bulb bedside lamps too harsh to use.

    Great Location!
    The apartment was clean and air conditioned, roomy and comfortable. There is a full kitchen with plenty of kitchen tools. The bath had ample towels and travel sized soaps. Easy walk to restaurants and waterfront. Very happy for the opportunity to book a one night stay at a reasonable price.

    Amazing location, walking distance to everything
    Amazing location that was absolutely perfect. Had everything I needed for a great little trip. The place is small but was great for one person for a couple nights.
    Very small and not a full kitchen but it worked great for this kind of trip. No complaints at all.

    Great location, Comfortable apartment. Should have stayed two days.
    Great Location! Walking to lots of interesting stores & restaurants
    Did the listing state that there was a flight+ of stairs to negotiate? Also, looking for the waste basket under the sink in the kitchen I managed to cause the unsecured front cabinet panel to fall. It was easy to put back, but should have been secured with a screw or two.

    instructions werent clear on how to access the rental. this property said that there would be parking. im sure where to park I ended up getting a ticket the next morning.
