Excellent beach property ruined by poor management

The location of the property is excellent & the approach to the beach is what made us reserve the property. The travelling time from Pune is reasonable. The road condition through Tamhini Ghat & from Murud side is excellent !

Terrible service, arrogant caretaker, dirty kitchen, half the electrical switches were not working, room cleanliness was poor. Absolute lack of privacy, as there CCTV cameras everywhere & the caretaker is constantly watching your movements including areas of dining, cooking & relaxation. Luckily, there are no cameras in Bathrooms, as of now. There is no restaurant & the kitchen is so dirty that you have to order from outside, which has hardly any variety & good restaurants are not nearby. The caretaker constantly keeps telling you about Dos & donts & his responsibilities to the owner of the property. Not worth the amount they charge. You can better deals from other home-stays at half the expenses.

Good stay. Enjoyed it.

Excellent location. Excellent view from rooms. Staff was really polite. Easy to find Property. Very neat and clean.

No food facility at the property, you have to order it from outside. No hall in the villa. I felt it was little over priced. Smoking not allowed in the rooms.

Disappointing

Location is excellent right on the beach and there is total privacy but it ends there.

Absolutely 3rd grade maintenance by stay vista. Showers dnt work, tap water is salty And faucets are worned out with flushes not working properly. Tap water is salty and saline. We were charged full rate for 3 bedrooms but 3rd bedroom has only powder room and no bathroom. Also dining table in inside 3rd bedroom. There is no awning provided for outside sit out so in rainy season one has to be locked in the room. Property is not well guarded and poorly maintained. Garden or outside area and lawns r dirty and not manicured. Properly is noy guarded with walls on all sides. We saw outsiders taking beach back gate. Absolutely bad maintenance and poor guest experience. Breakfast is not included when they charge for 5 star property. Evrrybfood u ask for is to be paid incl labour. There is only kitchen. U ve to carry ur own food. They do not cook anything. Staff is not well trained to attend to guests. Very very expensive and not value for money.
