Could have been better; amenities could be modernized and rooms could be updated.

I liked the location, the breakfast they offered, and the customer service. I especially liked knowing that the building is a historic building and understanding its context helped me understand better the environment and its purpose within Granada.

Oh my gosh, I mean I expected a decent room for the price point. It felt like we got whatever was left over and not even a big enough sized bed for me and my husband to sleep in; they tried conjoining two single beds and it was so uncomfortable for us to sleep on or to sleep together. The headboard wasn't a headboard so we were uncomfortably lying our heads against the wall. The room was tinier and cramped than expected. The bathroom didn't have shower gel and we had to request it twice since the first day we realized it seemed as if they forgot to send someone or room service to bring us that, so on the second day we had to wait for the maid to knock on our door to let her know and then she brought us the shower gel. So for the first day, we showered with hand soap(not cool/not good). Both the toilet seat and the shower rack were about to fall apart. We couldn't even fit our luggage properly and had to lie it on our beds unwillingly (since it's unhygienic to do so and we'd rather be able to lay it on the floor but the room was soooo tiny that it was impossible to do so). They don't offer hair conditioner, only shampoo, so prepare to either bring your own conditioner or prepare to have frizzy hair with a rough texture for the length of your stay.

Very nice stay at a great location.

The location was great. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The building itself is stylish and traditional. Convenient all round.

The room was a bit dark and gloomy. Small window with no view.

I liked the authenticity of the room and how classy and well furnished the lobby areas were. The location was also first rate and the price is also affordable relative to the comfort.

I think most of the staff were okay but Arian, the guy at the front desk really has an attitude problem and poor customer service. It was the first time my mum felt uncomfortable with a member of staff in Spain. He was eavesdropping our conversation and then raised his voice at us after assuming the wrong thing from a conversation we were having in our language. That was not very polite. Further , the staff in noticing that we were struggling (on arrival and leaving) with many bags could offer to assist a little bit but he just stood there watching us which again is not the best look for a hotel.

Superb

Loved Granada, walked up to the top (Alhambra and Sacromonte) and back to the bottom.

The hotel, with it's central courtyard, is beautiful. The location is brilliant, in the shadow of the Alhambra and 2/3 minutes walk from the narrow alleys where there was a great variety of restaurants. Great selection of hot and cold foods for breakfast.

Good value, nice historical building.

Good value for money to stay in a historical building like this. The service was nice and the room was clean.

If you can sleep in any type of environment then please do not let my comments dissuade you. The mattresses were uncomfortable and you are able to hear people going in out of their rooms on the same floor, and having conversations when leaving or arriving. On our last night, the roof covering was rolled out ( which was right next to our window) and the wind was making it rattle all night so we did not get a good sleep.
