Lipe Island is absolutely lovely

Beach is lovely and room is adequate - staff are very friendly for the island it was a lovely hotel and probably best on the island

Its like there is no manager there - staff wear dirty clothes no uniform - their kids running around the place - the steps and local area has not been cleaned properly the floors have not been washed forever -the rooms don't get cleaned unless you ask someone - the wifi is practically non existant -apparently because we to close to Malaysian island longkawi so not their fault but still frustrating if you are trying to do bits and bobs online - the breakfast is really substandard rest is ok - the pool is tiny - snorkelling equipment is completely useless so get your own - for what you get its really expensive - my overall point is this if you are going to Lipe Island then go to this hotel which is best on the island but have low expectations

Very polite and helpfull staff, private beach with great snorkeling, nice breakfast, monkeys (it's attractive to watch them jumping around).

Very small room, uncomfortable beds, smell of sewage in the bathroom, very slow WiFi, monkeys (you can't really rest on your terrace and leave belongings), sometimes there are a lot of jellyfish on the beach, no sunset view (depends on the time of year)

We will never go to this Hotel again

Location and the beds were comfortable

We had booked half board through booking.com but the Hotel were not will to understand that this was our selected option at payment check out. I tried to communicate the same with booking.com but you just constantly referred us back to the property. On Wednesday evening we went to eat in the Hotels Restaurant only to find it was well and truly closed at 7 pm because we were told we hadnt booked in advance but at check in with a lady called Khun Nam we explained that no matter what Booking.com might say we would like to eat at the Hotel throughout our stay. We believe Booking.com should compensate us for our loss of an essential need to eat. We broke a small glass accidentally and were charged 700 Baht (16) which we thought could have been accepted by the Hotel but NO. The road to get to the Hotel not owned by the Hotel is an absolute DEATH TRAP and we felt very uncomfortable with our autistic daughter having to travel at speed in these flimsy open motorcycles contraptions with only one person in attendance on her. The Hotel had the ability to improve 100% instead of just allowing itself to operate autonomously because no ones in attendance at the Hotel from 6 pm to 9 am. Our room was beautiful to look at the Air Conditioner was very noisy all night long prevented you hearing the ocean, our television never worked throughout our stay and we complained twice, the hair dryer was broken and it was nearly impossible to close the curtains to keep out the early morning light.

beautiful, hotel left much to be desired

incredible views with a private beach. beautiful reef right out in the bay. private pool was great. food was good.

they advertise that they have kayaks and snorkel equipment as an amenity. This was a lie. While they did have kayaks the seats were broken and the kayaks themselves were of terrible quality. The snorkel equipment is all old and not taken care of. one set of tiny fins and thats it. most all the masks were broken. they dont take care of their stuff. Ended up renting a kayak and snorkel gear and when i brought that up to hotel staff they offered me nothing. I dont really care but You cannot advertise that you offer things when you actually do not. The manager was very very nice but totally in over her head. stay elsewhere

1. I booked the van and the boat with hotel like a month prior to my visit, but the day i arrived, they didn't show up. So had to get there by myself. But the hotel gave me complimentary dinner instead, and i accepted that 2. I stay there for 3 nights, normally I should get all new room amenity kits, mini bars filled up everyday, but i didnt get any of it. 3. Only get 2 bottles of water per day, which is not enough for me. Not only that, the maids forgot to give me 2 bottles when they came to clean up my room, so i called the frontdesk to ask for my water. But i had to wait for more than 2 hrs for that. The weather s hot and i got dehydrated. When I asked again they said " right now we ran out of drinking water and I have to wait " To be honest, for this range of hotel price, i have high expectations, so i hope the hotel owner get my feedback and please make some improvement
