I was not disappointed in any way.

the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the location was perfect for my trip goals. the concierge staff were exceptionally helpful with bookings. breakfast was great.

understand that load shedding is a problem.. but inconvenient when you cant dry your hair or charge your device in the room .. maybe you could offer battery banks

It was okay , wasnt impressed paying so much per night and there was loadshedding 8-10 hours a day

The staff members were very helpful and friendly . The breakfast was also very nice .

The ladies cleaning the rooms . One specifically, Saturday 14January2023 , at 12:00 . Left us with wet towels , no toilet paper and took my shopping bags I put away to use later . ( if I wanted to throw them away I wouldve put it in the dustbin? ) it just wasnt great , nothing was cleaned , she wasnt very friendly when we approached the room . It was disappointing.
