The perfect location and a great host!

Matteo greeted us and kindly helped us with our luggage. He had snacks and beverages waiting for us in our suite. Presecco, beer, sodas, etc. The location was perfect - on a canal where singing gondolas went by. So lovely. The room was always clean and was super cute. We loved everything about the property and would love to stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cute room.

They were very communicative . Central location and very secure. They also provided a nice selection of beverages in mini fridge. Which was much appreciated after long travel.

Stairs and more stairs but that is everywhere you go.

AMAZING!!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was beautiful! The host was amazing with us , he welcomed us with a Prosecco and kept our luggage safe the next day. There was nothing bad we could say about this stay :)

Location, location, location

Excellent location just a couple minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and St. Marks square. Room was stylish and spacious.

The bathroom is just along the hall, not in the room. We knew this when we booked so we cant complain. But wed forgotten about needing to use the bathroom at night. That was a bit annoying.

Perfect central location. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous accommodation. Canal view and very central. The host Matteo was very friendly and was waiting for us on arrival. The added bonus of welcome drinks and prosecco/beers in the fridge was great. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.
